Winifred R. Snyder

Winifred R. (Robertson) Snyder, 94, died Sunday, February 19, 2012, at the Copley at Stoughton Nursing Home, after a period of failing health. Born in Everett, she was educated in Malden and a graduate of Malden High School. She also was a graduate of Boston University and earned her Masters Degree from Northwestern University. Mrs. Snyder was a resident of Stoughton for the past 6 years, previously living in Lynnfield for over 50 years. She was a longtime member of Salem Country Club. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Susan R. Imbergamo and her husband John of Stoughton. She was the grandmother of John Imbergamo, Jr. and his wife Mona, Nicole Imbergamo and Bryan Imbergamo.

Funeral Service will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden. Donations in her memory may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, 02368
