Victoria A. (Ruggiero) Souza

Victoria A. (Ruggiero) Souza, 56, a lifetime resident of Stoughton, died Monday, March 19, 2012 at her home after a long illness. She was the wife of George E. Souza and the daughter of the late Frank P. and Alice (Evans) Ruggiero. Born in Brockton, she was raised and educated in Stoughton Schools. She was employed full time at DPI in Canton and worked part time for the Stoughton Schools. In her free time, she enjoyed arts and crafts and traveling.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Souza is survived by her children, Alicia Souza Francis and George E. Souza III both of Stoughton and Rebecca Souza of SC. She was the sister of Patricia Ruggiero-Danilchuk of Boynton Beach, FL and the late Frankie Ruggiero. She was also blessed with six grandchildren.

In lieu of funeral services, her cremains will travel one last time to her beloved Smoky Mountains. Donations in Victoria's memory may be made to the George Souza Family, c/o Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., Stoughton, MA 02072.
