Vicki L. (Sanders) Mann

Vicki L. (Sanders) Mann, 74, died Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, after a period of declining health. Born in Rumford, Maine, daughter of the late Lawrence and Rose (Albert) Sanders, she was raised and educated in Mexico, Maine and was a graduate of Mexico High School in Mexico, Maine. Vicki was also a graduate of the New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at the Goddard Memorial Hospital in Stoughton, and later at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton and was a valued member of the Neonatal and Pediatrics Nursing Staff for many years. She retired in 2014 after 42 years of dedicated and loving service. In 1979, she married Paul T. Mann and together they spent over 46 years of marriage. They lived in Brockton where they raised their 4 sons since 1979. Vicki’s most cherished times were spent in the company of her husband, children and all her beloved grandchildren. She was a great cook, she loved her pets and was an avid reader who also enjoyed crossword puzzles.

Vicki is survived by her husband Paul T. Mann of Brockton and her sons, Sean P. Murphy of Brockton, Ryan M. Murphy of Norton, Tyson G. Mann, Eric R. And Donna M. Mann all of Brockton. She was the grandmother of Thomas Murphy, Brynn Murphy, Alyssa Mann, Eric Mann and Tiffany Cormier. Vicki was the sister of Steven Sanders, Teri Thompson and James Sanders, all of Maine. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rte. 27) Stoughton on Monday, March 10, 2025 from 4-7 PM with Funeral Prayers following at 7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Vicki’s name may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, PO Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168 or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
