Tallulah (Andrews) Morgan, 77, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center on Friday March 6, 2020 after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Arthur W. Morgan, Jr. and the daughter of the late Richard and Ethel Ruth Andrews. Tallulah was born in West Point, GA and later moved to Boston where she graduated from Jeremiah Burke High School. Tallulah was a homemaker who enjoyed crocheting, gardening, baking, reading, shopping and listening to music. Mostly she loved spending time with her 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Tallulah was the loving mother of Petri D. Turner and her husband Cedric of Brockton, Kimberly A. Santos-Silva and her husband Emmanuel of Brockton, Kirsten F. Morgan of Brockton and the late Donnelly R. Morgan. She is survived by her 8 grandchildren: Carmen, Emmanuel, Jr., Dominique, Brandon, Terrence, Devenney, Michael and Michaela and her 3 great-grandchildren Vaughn, Ariah and Tyson. She was the sister of Theresa Butler, Grace Andrews, Joy Andrews, and Richard Andrews, Jr. all of Boston and the late Greta and Joan Andrews. She is also survived by her dear friends, Romaine Peace of Brockton, Laraine Langston of Randolph, Ann and John Brine of Stoughton and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rte. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, March 14 from 10-11:30 AM followed by a Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
