Steven J. Mayo, 43, died unexpectedly at home on Thursday, February 10. He was the son of Clifford E. and Marjorie (Connors) Mayo of Stoughton. Born in Norwood, he was raised in Stoughton, educated in Stoughton schools and graduated from Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School, Class of 1985. He resided in North Easton for the past 5 years. Steven owned Absolute Heating in Easton for several years.
In addition to his parents, Steven is survived by his brothers, Robert J. Mayo and his wife Pamela of Dartmouth and Charles E. "Chuck" Mayo of Stoughton. He was the uncle of Ian and Elizabeth Mayo and is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. He also loved his dogs.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Tuesday, February 15 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday from 4-8 PM. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
