Soon after buying their first home in 1988, Steve built an outdoor enclosure for the cats to be able to outside and be safe. He was a member of the Humane Society.
Steve was the brother of the late William F. "Billy" Large. He is survived by his brothers, Patrick D. Large, Joseph Large, John "Jack" Satkiewicz and Patrick T. Large, and his sisters, Susan Large Crowley, Donna O'Brien, Theresa Ibbitson and Evelyn St. Germaine. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
