Sean M. McAteer

Sean M. McAteer died suddenly, in Stoughton, April 9th. Beloved son of Barbara A. Richards of Stoughton and Stephen H. McAteer of Quincy, both formerly of Dorchester. Loving brother of Ryan S. McAteer of Stoughton. Grandson of Jack and Barbara Richards of Dorchester and Anne McAteer and the late Paul McAteer of Quincy. Cousin of Shannon and Colleen Clark, both of Quincy. Survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Thursday, April 14 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday from 4-8 PM. Interment private. Sean was an avid Boston Celtics fan. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sean's memory may be made to the Boston Celtics Shamrock Foundation, 226 Causeway St., 4th Floor, Boston, MA 02114.
