Rosemary Poillucci

Rosemary “Ro” Poillucci, 72, a longtime resident of Kingston, died unexpectedly at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on Wednesday, February 5, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Louis E. and Maria N. (Massarelli) Poillucci.  Born in Norwood, she was raised in Stoughton and graduated from Stoughton High School, Class of 1971. Ro was a lifelong resident of Stoughton before moving to Kingston 20 years ago. She was an information technology specialist for Shaw’s Supermarket in East Bridgewater for over 30 years. She then worked for IBM at Raytheon in Portsmouth, RI for several years before working at Optique in Brockton for the past 5 years. Ro was an avid Red Sox fan and enjoyed counted cross-stitching and traveling. She also loved getting together with her lifelong friends, “The St. Mary’s Fairies.” Her greatest joy was spending time with and keeping in touch with her family and extended family.

Ro was the sister of Louis Poillucci and his wife Pamela of Stoughton and the late Lena Pine. She is also survived by her nephews, Jim and John Pine and Louie Poillucci as well as many cousins and her best friend, Larry Regan.

Visitation will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday February 24th from 10-11:30 AM followed by Funeral Prayers at 11:30 AM. Burial will be private.
