Rosemarie T. McDonough

Rosemarie T. (DeMeo) McDonough, 73, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Sunday, September 27. Daughter of the late Joseph and Elvira (Poncia) DeMeo, she was born and educated in Boston. She was a resident of Stoughton since 1963. Mrs. McDonough worked in the clerical department for Stop & Shop in S. Boston and Quincy for over 50 years.
She is survived by her children, Michael P. McDonough, Jr. of TX, Debra J. MacKay of FL and John R. McDonough of Stoughton, as well as her grandchildren, Matthew McDonough and Stephanie MacKay. She was the sister of the late Joanne Coakley and aunt of Joseph and John Coakley.
Graveside Service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Washington St. (Rt. 138) Stoughton on Friday, October 2 at 11 AM. Visiting Hours will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Thursday from 5-8 PM.
