Rose (Pacella) Good, 101, died Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at the Copley at Stoughton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Stoughton. She was the wife of the late Joseph J. Good, Sr. Born in Montemilone, Italy, she came to the US at age 10 and settled in Boston. She was a resident of Stoughton for many years before moving to Easton 21 years ago. She worked as a seamstress for Twin-Kee Manufacturing in Stoughton for many years, retiring at age 78. In her free time, she enjoyed playing cards, traveling to Atlantic City, cooking and, most of all, spending time with her family.
She is survived by her children; Rosemarie Martin of Easton, Hannah Costa and Joseph J. Good Jr. both of FL. She was the sister of the late Mary Capolupo and Francis Pacella. She was the grandmother of Richard Costa, Deborah Doten, Kristen Martin Eldridge, Christine Good and Suzanne Lines and the late Edward Costa. She was the great grandmother of Nicole Ashley Doten.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Monday, March 28 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday from 4-7 PM. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Rose's memory may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, 501 St Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
