Rose E. (Pipia) Copello, 93 died Saturday, September 30 at the Life Care Center in West Bridgewater. She was born in Brockton and graduated from the Brockton School system. She was a former resident of West Bridgewater before moving the Brockton. She was a production worker for many years at the Washburn Candy Factory. She was a member of the Council on Aging of West Bridgewater and the Matfield Woods Association. She loved to play bingo.
Mrs. Copello was the wife of the late Norman Copello. She was the daughter of the late Antonio and Concetta (Messina) Pipia. She was predeceased by her siblings, Margaret Pipia, Pasquale Pipia, Ross Pipia, Charles Pipia, John Pipia, Lucy Ferrara, Mary Caton and Sara Pipia. Mrs. Copello is survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday, October 4 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St Ann's Church, West Bridgewater at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Tuesday from 4-7 PM. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Brockton, MA.
