Ronald P. Dowgos

Ronald P. Dowgos, 53, a longtime resident of Brockton, died at Boston Medical Center on Tuesday, November 7, 2017. Son of Robert J. Rocha of Florida and the late Lucie (Marin) Rocha and Frederick W. Dowgos, Jr., he was born in Boston and raised in Stoughton. Ron was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1982. He lived in Brockton for the past 20 years. Ron worked for Mack Truck in Stoughton for over 15 years. An avid Bruins and Patriots fan, he enjoyed playing pool and riding his Harley Davidson.

Ron was the brother of John P. Dowgos of Delaware, Lisa M. Williams of Auburn, Rob Rocha, Jr. of North Carolina and the late Frederick W. Dowgos, III. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Sunday, November 12 at 5 PM. Visiting Hours prior from 2-5 PM. Interment will be private. Ron's family requests in lieu of sending flowers to please cherish time spent with your family.
