Richard K. Mayo, 44, died unexpectedly at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth on Tuesday, August 16. He was the son of Robert A. Mayo of FL and the late Joan I. (Bowers) Mayo. Born in Norwood, he was raised and educated in Stoughton. He enjoyed working out at the YMCA.
Richard was the brother of Catherine I. Ienello and Robert C. Mayo both of Stoughton. He is also survived by a niece and nephew.
A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton on Sunday, August 20 at 12:30 PM.
