Retha (Johnston) Robichau

Retha (Johnston) Robichau, 84, a resident of Taunton, died peacefully at Life Care Center of Raynham on Sunday, April 1, 2018. She was the wife of the late James W. Robichau. Daughter of Lewis and Annie (Culley) Johnston, she was born and raised in Stoughton and graduated from Stoughton High School, Class of 1951. Retha was a lifelong resident of Stoughton before moving to Taunton in 2010. She was a homemaker at home with her family. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting and crafts.

Retha is survived by her children, James D. Robichau and his wife Kerrie, Charles W. Robichau and Susanne Eliasen and her husband Chris all of Taunton and Lewis S. Robichau and his wife Cecelia of Monmouth, ME. She was the sister of Lillian Lothrop of Wareham, William Fors of Florida and the late Susan Stoddard, Robert Johnston, Mary Baglole, Elizabeth Hadley, James Fors and Robert Fors. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday, April 5 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Wednesday from 4-7 PM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Retha's memory may be made to the First Congregational Church, 76 Pierce St., Stoughton, MA 02072, "Memorial Gifts" on memo.
