Rebecca Rose Rooslet, 39, a lifelong resident of Norton, died peacefully at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston on Thursday, September 26, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of Gregory and Maureen (Tobin) Rooslet of Norton. Born in Stoughton, Rebecca was a graduate of Norton High School, Class of 1998 and LaBaron Hairdressing Academy in Brockton. She was a cosmetology instructor at LaBaron Hairdressing Academy for 10 years. Rebecca enjoyed jewelry making and doing hair and nails for her family and friends. She enjoyed spending time at the beach, especially in Aruba.
In addition to her parents, Rebecca is survived by her brothers, Ryan Rooslet and his wife Marley of Marshfield and Patrick Rooslet of Norton. She was the aunt of Scarlet Ann Rooslet. She was the granddaughter of Ann Rooslet of Brockton and the late Rose and Richard Tobin. She was the niece of Rosanne Baptista and her husband Donald and Kathleen Tobin Austin and her late husband Stephen all of Stoughton, Patricia Olsen and her husband Jim of Norton, Marianne DiMatteo and her husband Robert of Chelmsford, Corrine Whittington and her husband Richard of Plymouth, Francine Leppo of Easton and Wade Rooslet and his wife Gail of Brockton. She is also survived by many cousins and her loving dog, Penelope.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton St., Stoughton on Friday, October 4 at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Newland Cemetery in Norton.
