Priscilla M. Sullivan, 54, died Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at the LifeCare Center of West Bridgewater after a battle with cancer. She was the daughter of Grace (Pitts) Sullivan of Canton and the late Theodore Sullivan. Born in Boston, she was raised and educated in Canton and a graduate of Canton Schools. Ms. Sullivan also attended Bridgewater State College. She was a resident of Abington for the last twelve years. She worked as a clerk and as a lineman for Verizon in Boston for many years. Ms. Sullivan loved dogs and was a supporter of greyhound adoption. In her free time, she enjoyed traveling, photography and spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her siblings; Patrice L. Fillebrown and her husband Alan of Canton, Cheryl A. Pooler and her husband James of E. Bridgewater, Barry M. and his wife Renee, Shawn T. and his wife Rainy and Brian J. and his wife Mariann all of Stoughton, Brendan C. and his wife Christine of Randolph and Colin L. and his wife Francesca of Norton. She is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews and 1 grand nephew.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Saturday at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist Church, Canton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Friday from 5-8 PM. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Priscilla's Memory may be made to Greyhound Rescue of NE, PO Box 507, Mendon, MA 01756.
