Phyllis L. (Martini) Jordan

Phyllis L. (Martini) Jordan, 94, a resident of Brockton, passed away at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Thursday, June 9, 2016. She was the wife of the late Arthur E. Jordan. Daughter of the late Stanley J. and Mary Martini, she was born in Boston and raised in the North End. Phyllis was a resident of Norwood for 27 years before moving to Brockton 19 years ago. She was a homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, drawing and cooking. Phyllis was a kind and unassuming person who was filled with admiration for her entire family. She will be eternally remembered for her unconditional love and support. May she rest in peace.

Phyllis was the loving mother to her caregiver, Patricia Chmielinski and her husband John of Brockton and Dennis Jordan and his wife Patricia of Westwood. She was the adored "Grandma" to John Chmielinski and his wife Dorothy of Norton, Nadine Chmielinski of Brockton, Jacqueline Jordan of Manchester, VT and Christopher Jordan of Westwood; "Grandma Dynamite" to Todd Chmielinski and his wife Melissa of Bridgewater; proud "Nona" to Ian and Ava Chmielinski and "Nana" to Jordan and Craig Chmielinski. She was the cherished sister to Stanley G. Martini of Somerville and the late Robert Martini.

Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, June 13 at 12 PM. Visiting Hours prior from 10 AM - 12 PM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
