Peter J. Tsinzo, 56, died unexpectedly at home in Middleboro on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. He was the husband of Linda M. (White) Tsinzo. Born in Boston, he was a lifelong resident of Stoughton before moving to Middleboro 4 years ago. Peter attended Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School in Easton. He was the founder of 138 Auto Body in Stoughton, where he worked for 20 years. Known for his humor and generosity, Peter loved cars, movies, comedy and anything 1980's.
In addition to his wife, Peter is survived by his mother, Jane A. Tsinzo of Stoughton. He was preceded in death by his father, Peter W. Tsinzo and his mother, Virginia Tsinzo. Peter was the brother of Mary Jane McHenry and her partner John Goncalves, Christine Lebbossiere and her husband Mark, Susan L. Hardy and her husband Roger and Stephanie L. Statkus and her husband Paul all of Stoughton, Kerry F. Rodrigues and her partner Denis Desmond of Foxboro and the late Tori Tsinzo. He was the stepfather of Brad Carlson of Florida and the grandfather of Christian and Brooks Carlson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday, July 6 at 7 PM. Visiting Hours prior from 4-7 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Peter's memory may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation, 1 Bulfinch Pl., 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02114.
