Peter V. Leif

Peter V. Leif, III, 48, died at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Tuesday, October 25. He was the son of the late Peter V. Leif, Jr. and Joanne (Lyons) Leif. Born in Brockton and a lifelong resident of Stoughton, he was a graduate of Southeastern Regional High School, Class of 1975. Mr. Leif worked as a Delivery Driver for Auto Zone in Stoughton for the past 2 years. Previously, he worked at Stoughton Mobil, Payson Auto Parts and Bagnell Auto Parts, all in Stoughton. He was a member of the Stoughton Fish & Game. In his free time, Mr. Leif enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an avid sports fan.

He is survived by his siblings Deborah A. Kelley, Lisa A. Leif and Karl E. Leif all of Stoughton and Kristine Leif of Brockton. He was the uncle of Michael, Adam, Marcus, James, Danielle, Lindsey and Rebecca. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins and his dog Nikita.

Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday at 9:30 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 3-7 PM. Donations in Peter's name may be made to the Stoughton VNA, 10 Pearl St., Stoughton, 02072.
