Paula R. (Caico) Druhan, 77, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Monday, October 3, 2016. She was the wife of Paul Druhan for 54 years. Daughter of the late Gaetano and Virginia (Jeannetti) Caico, she was born in Boston and raised in Allston. Paula was a graduate of Brighton High School, Class of 1957. She was a resident of Stoughton for the past 48 years. Mrs. Druhan was a homemaker. A very gifted cook, she also enjoyed playing Bingo and wintering in Aruba but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, Paula was the mother of Jill Druhan Albanese and her husband David of Mansfield and the late Daryl Paul Druhan and the grandmother of Sarah and Jeffrey Albanese. She was the sister of Gerald Caico of Leominster, Joseph Caico of Wells, ME, John Caico of St. Petersburg, FL and the late Constance Cummings, Mary Farina and Anthony Caico. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, 13 great-nieces and nephews and 3 great-great nephews.
Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, October 7 at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday from 4-8 PM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Paula's memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
