Patrick E. Devine

Patrick E. Devine, 44, died unexpectedly on Thursday, July 15, after being stricken ill at the home of a friend. He was the son of Robert P. Devine and the late Margaret M. (Corcoran) Devine. Born in Brunswick, ME, he was raised in Stoughton. He attended Stoughton Schools and was a graduate of Southeastern Regional High School in Easton. He worked as a machinist. Mr. Devine was a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 89 in Stoughton. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening and fishing.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his brother Timothy M. Devine and his wife Robin of Mansfield. He is also survived by his nephew Luke Devine and his nieces Lindsay Devine and Carly Devine.
Funeral prayers will be offered at the Dry Pond Cemetery, Corner of Bay Rd. and Plain St., Stoughton on Friday, July 23 at 10:00AM. Visiting Hours at Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., Rt. 27, Stoughton, on Thursday 5-8 PM. Donations in his memory may be made to the Shriners Institute, 51 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114
