Patrick William Connell

Patrick William Connell, 27, a former resident of North Attleboro, died unexpectedly at home in Maine on Wednesday, April 28. He was the son of William J. Connell of Stoughton and Jeanne M. (Allen) Kurzius and her husband Richard of Maine. Born in Brockton, he was raised in North Attleboro and graduated from North Attleboro High School, Class of 2000. Patrick has lived in Dover-Foxcroft, ME since 2003 and attended University of Maine-Presque Isle. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, working with children in Outward Bound and traveling to concerts.
In addition to his parents, Patrick is survived by his sister, Jennifer Connell Castrechini and her husband Marc of Braintree and his nephew, Ethan Castrechini. He was the grandson of Sam Connell of Stoughton and the late Helen Connell, Beverly and Ernest Allen. He is also survived by his fianc, Jamie Corey and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Tuesday, May 4 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday 5-8 PM. Burial will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. In lieu of flowers, donations in Patrick's name may be made to Mass.
