Patricia F. McAuley

Patricia F. (Washwell) McAuley, 76, died unexpectedly at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston on Thursday, September 9. She was the wife of Walter E. McAuley. Born in Boston, she was raised in Dorchester and was a graduate of the Boston Latin School. Mrs. McAuley was a resident of Stoughton for over 50 years. She was a homemaker. In her free time, she enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children; Patricia Raymond of FL, Catherine Doherty and Walter E. "Butch" McAuley III both of Stoughton and William of Easton. She was the mother in law of Chuck Dunne, Denise Trayers, Patrick Doherty and Robert "Biff" Raymond. She was the sister of William Washwell and John Washwell both of Stoughton. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Monday, September 13, at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday 2-5 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
