Patricia M. (Sotnick) DePasqua, 63, died Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the Kindred Specialty Hospital in Stoughton after a period of failing health. She was the wife of 41 years of John M. DePasqua. Born in New Bedford, she was raised and educated in Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton Schools. Mrs. DePasqua was a resident of Brockton for over 41 years. She worked as a Coding and Billing Clerk for Goddard Park Medical and Signature Healthcare in Brockton for many years, retiring in 2011. She loved working with children and was a tireless volunteer for several different organizations in Brockton She was awarded the Woman of the Year for the City of Brockton in 2001. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Melissa A. DePasqua of Brockton and her siblings; Barbara A. Phillips and her husband Richard of Stoughton and Donald H. Sotnick and his wife Linda of FL. She was the sister in law of Joan Castagnozzi and her husband Anthony of Weymouth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday, April 17 at 7 PM. Visiting Hours prior to the services from 4-7 PM. Burial will be private.
