Olga (Reinke) Reder, 94, died Monday, April 16, 2018, at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the wife of the late Immanuel Reder. Born in Lithuania, she was raised in Lithuania until the age of 15. She later lived in Germany. Mrs. Reder was a resident of Stoughton for the past 3 years, previously living in St. Petersburg, FL for over 40 years. Prior to moving to Florida, she was a resident of Stoughton for several years. While in St. Petersburg, she was active at the Grace Lutheran Church and at the Lithuanian Club. She also worked as a Home Heath Aide. While living in Stoughton, she worked at BF Goodrich in Watertown for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, knitting and embroidery.
Mrs. Reder was the beloved mother of Anni L Zechello and her husband James of Stoughton. She was the grandmother of Anne-Marie Gooley and her husband Paul, James V. Zechello and his longtime companion Colleen Morse and Ronald M. Zechello. She was the great-grandmother of Kaylyn Gooley-Balbo and her husband Joe Balbo, Nicole M. Zechello, Jillian V. Zechello, Erica Riccardi and Michael Riccardi. Olga was the sister of Josef Reinke and his wife Eirika of Germany. She was the aunt of Olga Bedarf and her husband Albine and the great aunt of Steven and Harry Bedarf. She is also survived by her great great grandson Peter.
Graveside Services will be held at the Knollwood Memorial Park, High St., Canton on Friday, April 20, at 11:30 AM. Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday, April 19, from 5-7 PM.
