Neil Wayne Comeau

Neil Wayne Comeau, 86, a resident of Easton, died unexpectedly at home on Sunday, January 1, 2017. He was the husband of the late Sylvia (Garaffo) Comeau. Son of the late Joseph and Katherine Comeau, he was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada and raised in Somerville. He was a graduate of Boston Trade School. Mr. Comeau was a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force and a Veteran of the Korean War. He was a buyer for the Zayre Corporation for many years before retiring at age 62. He also ran a catering company called Combro Enterprises after his retirement.

Mr. Comeau was the brother of Randall Comeau and his longtime companion Chrissy Willard of Somerville and the late Gerald and Joel Comeau. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Service will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, January 7 at 11 AM. Visitation prior from 10-11 AM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Wayne's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
