Nancy A. (DeCosta) Estey

Nancy A. (DeCosta) Estey, 77, a resident of North Easton, died at Southeast Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center in Easton on Saturday, July 16, 2016 after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of David A. Estey, Sr. Born and educated in Stoughton, she was a lifelong Stoughton resident until moving to Easton in 1997. Nancy was an executive administrator for the American Heart Association in Framingham for many years before retiring in 1995 to assist with watching over her grandchildren. She was a member of "The Club" which is a group of friends who grew up together and remained close throughout their lives. She enjoyed crafts and boating with her son.

Mrs. Estey was the mother of David A. Estey, Jr. and his wife Cathy of North Easton and the grandmother of Kelly L. and Daniel T. Estey. She was the sister of Frederick H. DeCosta, Jr. of Canton, Robert W. DeCosta of New York, Sandra M. Biffin of Brockton and the late Constance D. Gill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, 1100 Washington St., Stoughton on Wednesday, July 20 at 10 AM. Visiting Hours omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Assn., 480 Pleasant St., Watertown, MA 02472.
