Michele A. (Vaughn) Mondesire-Pyram

Michele A. (Vaughn) Mondesire-Pyram, 70, a resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Daughter of Faith A. (Mondesire) Vaughn of Citrus Heights, CA and the late Hilton H. Vaughn, she was born in Boston and raised in Roxbury. Michele was a graduate of Jeremiah E. Burke High School and Emmanuel College in Boston. She resided in Stoughton for 8 years after living in Malden for 14 years and Randolph for 6 years. Michele was a school teacher for Randolph Public Schools for several years before retiring in 2015. Prior to that, she worked in Human Services for Agape Inn in Holbrook and Vinfen in Randolph. She loved music, dancing and laughing but her greatest passion was working with children.

Michele is survived by her loving children, Michael G. Vaughn of Randolph, Joshua A. Vaughn of Stoughton and Joianne C.F. Pyram of New York, NY. She was the beloved sister of Lynda Litman of Citrus Heights, CA, Daria Mondesire-Torrisi of Derby Line, VT and the late Anthony Vaughn. She is also survived by her former husband, Fritz Pyram of Randolph, an aunt and many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Church, 211 North Main St., Randolph on Saturday, July 1 at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in Michele's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
