Michael S. Hines

Michael S. Hines, 46, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died unexpectedly at home on Monday, November 18, 2024. Born in Stoughton, he was the son of Wendy J. (Bishop) Hines of Stoughton and the late Michael F. Hines. He was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1996 and attended Massasoit Community College in Brockton. Mike was an installation service technician for BRADCO Garage Doors in Stoughton for many years. He was a member of the Stoughton Fish & Game and the Mattamiscontis Hunting Club in Maine. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed, hunting, fishing and camping. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his mother, Mike is survived his daughter, Mackenzie H. Hines of North Attleboro. He was the brother of Lindsey B. Murphy and her husband James of Norton and the uncle of Paxton and Charlotte Murphy. He is also survived by his former wife, Rebecca L. (Saunders) Peltier as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
