Michael P. Gately

Michael P. Gately, 38, died Sunday, July 27, 2014 in Colorado Springs, CO. Born in Boston, he was raised and educated in Hyde Park and Mansfield and was a graduate of Bristol County Agricultural High School in Dighton, Class of 1994. He was a resident of Colorado for the past 3 years. While living in Massachusetts, Mr. Gately worked for the Reiser Company as a supervisor in their warehouse in Canton for several years. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing and target shooting.
He is survived by his parents; Patricia A. (Tynan) Gelormini and her husband Carl of Sharon and James B. Gately and his wife Karen of Dedham. He was the brother of James Gately of Taunton and his wife Samantha Gately, and their son Michael's Nephew Alexander Gately, and the step brother of C. Robert Gelormini of Westwood, Stephen Gelormini of Sharon and Christina Gelormini of Attleboro.
Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday, August 11 at 7 PM. Visiting Hours prior to the prayers from 4-7 PM. Donations in Michael's memory may be made to the Granada House, 70 Adamson St., Allston, MA 02134.
