Michael Ciampa, 74, died Saturday, February 27, at the Boston Medical Center in Boston, after a short period of failing health. Born in Boston, son of the late Michael J. and Irene (Palumbo) Ciampa, he was raised in Boston's North End and was a graduate of St. Anthony's School and Charlestown High School, Class of 1964. He was a resident of Quincy for many years. He was a dedicated Private Home Caregiver for many years. In his free time, he enjoyed spending time with friends in Stodder's Neck Park in Quincy and spending time with his family.
Mr. Ciampa is survived by his step daughter Paula Firenze of San Diego and his siblings: Patricia M. Leahy and her husband John of Stoughton, Marie Molloy of Attleboro and Paula Davis and Christopher Ciampa and his wife Darice, all of NH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
