MaryAnn V. Zablocki, 73, died Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at her home, after a period of failing health. Born in Boston, she was raised and educated in Stoughton and was a graduate of Stoughton schools. She was a resident of Abington since 1978. Ms. Zablocki worked as an assembler for the Foxboro Company for over 17 years, retiring many years ago. She also worked as a home health aide. Ms. Zablocki enjoyed spending her summers in Warren, NH. In her free time, she enjoyed painting, decorating and spending time with her family and grandkids.
Ms. Zablocki is survived by her son, Daniel J. Zablocki of Abington. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Jacob D. Zablocki, Zachary J. Zablocki and Michael D. Lopes. She was the sister of Phyllis Gulick of Stoughton and the late Stanley Zablocki. She is also survived by her daughter in law Sharon Zablocki and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rte. 27) Stoughton on Friday, September 9 at 7 PM. Visiting Hours prior to the prayers from 4-7 PM. Donations in MaryAnn's memory may be made to the Home for Little Wanderers, 10 Guest Street, Boston, MA 02135.
