Mary P. (Carrara) Polillio, 102, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died at the Copley at Stoughton on Tuesday, September 8. She was the wife of 75 years of the late George C. Polillio. Born in Italy, she was raised and educated in Stoughton. She was a resident of Stoughton for over 95 years. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Polillio was the mother of Barbara A. Maher and her husband James of MD, Joan M. Payne of N. Easton and the late Dorothy C. Carter. She was the mother-in-law of Thomas Carter of Stoughton. She was the sister of the late Anne DeLuca, Mary Reppucci, John Carrara and Anthony Carrara. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services were private. Donations in Mary's name may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368. Arrangements by Farley Funeral Home, Stoughton.
