Mary Olivia Martin

Mary Olivia Martin, age 42, passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2023. Born in Boston, she was the daughter to Mary P. (Sullivan) Martin and Ernest L. Martin. Raised in East Bridgewater, she attended East Bridgewater High School, Class of 1998, and attended Bay State College in Boston. She worked in the service industry and acted as caretaker for her family for many years. Mary loved spending time with her son, family and friends, always encouraging silliness with her signature giggle and smile. She also enjoyed fishing with her loving partner Corey Maloney and taking weekend trips to lake and ocean shores. 

In addition to her parents, Mary is survived by her beloved son Chase H. Martin of Rincon, GA.  She was the loving sister of Felicia M. Hopkins of North Andover and was predeceased last month by her sister Tracey E. Wingrove. She is also survived by her nieces Charlotte Wingrove and Ellery Hopkins, and her nephew Maxwell Hopkins.

Visiting Hours will be held at the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park Street, (Rt. 27), Stoughton on Wednesday, March 22nd  from 4-7 PM. A Graveside Service will be held at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton on Thursday, March 23rd at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary’s name may be made to Brown Dog Coalition & Rescue/Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
