Mary G. Maloney

Mary G. (Corbett) Maloney, 70, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at the Tufts Medical Center in Boston after a short illness. She was the wife of the late Warren G. Maloney. Born in Brockton, she was a lifelong resident of Stoughton and a graduate of Stoughton Schools. Mrs. Maloney worked for several businesses in the area including as a secretary at Big Brothers Big Sisters in Holbrook and as a waitress at Blue Hill Country Club and Dedham Country Club. She was a sports fan of the Boston Teams and enjoyed playing bingo and traveling to Foxwoods in her free time. Mary will be missed by her beloved dog Panda.

She is survived by her four sons, Jack Maloney and his wife Sheila of IN, J.P. Maloney and his wife Vanessa of Brockton, William K. Maloney and his wife Lisa of Bridgewater and Ryan C. of Stoughton. She was the sister of Jack Corbett of Stoughton and Richard Corbett of Stoughton. She was the grandmother of Marlowe, John, Brian, Amanda, Sarah and Jake.

Funeral prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Tuesday, November 27, at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Monday from 5-8 PM. Donations in Mary's memory may be made to the MSPCA, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130.
