Mary A. LaCivita

Mary A. LaCivita, 89, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died Saturday, September 16, 2017, at the Life Care Center of West Bridgewater. Born and raised in Stoughton, she was a graduate of Stoughton Schools and The Fisher School. She worked for the Stoughton School System as an Administrative Assistant for many years and retired in 1992. She was dedicated to her family and loved spending time with her nieces and nephew and their families.

Mary was the daughter of the late Antonio and Maria Rosaria (DeVastatore) LaCivita. She was the sister of the late Josephine Whelan and her late husband Joseph and the late Anthony LaCivita and his wife Patricia LaCivita of Taunton. She was the aunt of Patricia W. Mahoney of NJ, Debra Christopoulos of MD, Priscilla Whelan Carignan of Falmouth and Steven LaCivita of Stoughton. She is also survived by 1 great-niece, 5 great-nephews and 2 great-great nieces.
