Mary J. Feeney

Mary J. (Coleman) Feeney, 83, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully on Friday, June 13, 2014 at the McCarthy Care Center in Sandwich. She was the wife of the late Daniel E. Feeney. Born and raised in Roslindale, she graduated from Mission High School and later attended Burdett College & Massasoit. Mrs. Feeney was a resident of Stoughton for the past 60 years. She was an active member of the Senior Center of Stoughton and loved to travel but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Mrs. Feeney was the mother of William P. Feeney and his wife Phyllis of Newtown, PA, Mary C. Caizza of Norton and her late husband John, Joanne P. St. George and her husband Barry of Taunton and Carolyn F. Weineck and her husband James of Middleboro. She was also the beloved grandmother of Kathleen and Kevin Feeney & Thomas and Sarah Weineck. She was the sister of John Coleman of Chatham and his late wife Helena, Patrick J. Coleman of Appling, GA and his late wife Barbara and the late Garrett Coleman.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Tuesday at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. James Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Monday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Donations in Mary's memory may be made to the American Red Cross, P.O.
