Maria F. Vieira

Maria F. (Freitas) Vieira, 64, died at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston on Monday, September 8 after a period of failing health. She was the wife of Antonio S. Vieira. Born and educated in Faial, Azores, Portugal, she resided in Stoughton for 32 years. She worked for Analog Devices in Norwood for over 20 years before working for Stoughton Tool & Die for 3 years. She was also active with the Holy Ghost Society of Club Luis de Camoes in Stoughton.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Vieira is survived by her children, Antonio Vieira and his wife Lucia of Portugal, Maria Boyle and her husband Frederick and Isabel Lima and her husband Kevin all of Stoughton, as well as 7 grandchildren.

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, September 12 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday 5-8 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Stoughton.
