Maria Amalia (Teixeira) Aguiar, a long-time resident of Stoughton, passed away at home on Thursday, August 20, 2020 in the care of loved ones following a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Victor D. Aguiar. Daughter of the late Francisco and Maria (Rodrigues) Teixeira, she was born and raised in Madeira, Portugal. Maria was a resident of Stoughton for 54 years. She was active in many church groups, including the choir and a proud Eucharistic Minister at Immaculate Conception Church. She devoted her entire life to her family and above all else was a loyal servant to God.
