Marguerite L. "Deats" (Green) Anagnoston, 91, a lifelong resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at home on Friday, October 27, 2017 surrounded by her loving children. She was the wife of the late Daniel N. Anagnoston. Daughter of the late Leo and Lillian (Todd) Green, she was born and raised in Stoughton and graduated from Stoughton High School. Deats was a homemaker. She loved playing Bingo at the Stoughton Council on Aging but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Anagnoston is survived by her children, Janice Urciuoli of Raynham, Carol Saley, Daniel Anagnoston, Jr. and his wife Suzanne and Gary Anagnoston and his wife Susan all of Stoughton. She was the sister of Rosemarie Atkinson of Brockton and the late Joseph Green, Winifred Stewart, Edith Lowell, Leo R. Green, Jr., Beatrice Fay and Catherine Darling. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Monday at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Sunday from 3-6 PM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton. Donations in Deat's memory may be made to Old Colony Hospice, 321 Manley St. W.
