Margaret E. (Sullivan) DeLuca, 85, died Sunday, October 8, 2017 after a period of declining health. She was the wife of the late William J. DeLuca. Born in Boston, she was raised and educated in Dorchester and attended Dorchester Schools. She was a resident of Taunton for the past 35 years, previously spending over 30 years in Stoughton. Mrs. DeLuca worked for several area businesses, including Garland's, Cirelli Foods and the VA Hospital, all in Brockton, Hilliard's Candy in Easton and Anton's Cleaners in Stoughton. She retired at age 62. Mrs. DeLuca was a gifted dancer and loved music. She also enjoyed traveling, especially to Hawaii, California, and Las Vegas. Above all, she loved to spend quality time with her family and grandchildren.
Mrs. DeLuca is survived by her children; William J. DeLuca, Jr. and his wife Teresa of CA, Maureen Guarino of Taunton, Debora A. Bellas and her husband Ronald G. of East Bridgewater and John M. DeLuca and his wife Diane of Brockton. She was the daughter of the late William and Louise Sullivan. She was the sister of the late William Sullivan, Paul Sullivan, John "Jack" Sullivan, Richard Sullivan and Barbara Guest. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, October 13 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10 AM.
