Lynn Ann (Bertolino) Godfroy

Lynn Ann (Bertolino) Godfroy, 41, a resident of Brockton, died unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, June 29, 2016. She was the wife of Scott L. Godfroy. Daughter of Lorraine A. (Denneno) Bertolino of Stoughton and Carl J. Bertolino of North Reading, she was born in Norwood and was a lifelong resident of Stoughton before moving to Brockton 5 years ago. She was a graduate of Stoughton High School, Class of 1993. Lynn was a homemaker. She had previously worked as a nurse's aide at Baypointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brockton for 5 years and at Home Depot in Avon for 2 years. Lynn enjoyed playing games online and spending time with her family, especially her daughter.

In addition to her husband and her parents, Lynn is survived by her daughter, Amanda L. Godfroy of Brockton and her brother, William C. Bertolino and his wife Melissa of Framingham. She was the aunt of Anna and William Bertolino. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.

Funeral Prayers will be offered from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, July 5 at 7 PM. Visiting Hours prior from 4-7 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Lynn's memory may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, PO Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202.
