Luisa Henriques

Luisa (Frade) Henriques, 101, died Monday, May 4, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. She was the wife of the late Joao Henriques. She was born, raised and educated in Flores, Azores, Portugal While in the Azores, she worked as a farmer and a homemaker. She came to the United States in 1970 and settled in Stoughton and was a dedicated homemaker. She was a communicant of the Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton. In her free time, she enjoyed reading.
She was the mother of the late Maria Eduardo and the grandmother of Idalina Eduardo of Stoughton. She was the sister of Jose Frade, Antonio Frade, Maria Frade, Maria Silveira, Ana Rodrigues, Maria Jose Avelar and Maria do Ceu Frade. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting Hours will be held in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Thursday from 9-10 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery, Stoughton.
