Luisa N. Angelo

Luisa N. (Nunes) Angelo, 87, died Sunday, January 4 at the Braemoor Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Brockton. She was the wife of the late Francisco Angelo. Born and raised in Flores, Azores, Portugal, she came to Stoughton 34 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a longtime parishioner of the Immaculate Conception Church in Stoughton. In her free time she enjoyed crocheting and watching Spanish soap operas.
Mrs. Angelo is survived by her daughter, Maria Mendonca and her husband Jose of Stoughton as well as her grandchildren, Cidalia Mendonca-Matukas, Marilva Wedge and Rui Mendonca and her great grandson, Tyler MacDonald. She is also survived by her sister, Isabel Resendes of Portugal.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, January 10 at 8 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours Friday 5-8 PM. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Stoughton.
