Louise Marie (Ambrosoli) Arria, 75, a longtime resident of Brockton, died peacefully at home on Saturday, December 19, 2020 after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of Salvatore P. "Sonny" Arria for 52 years. Daughter of the late Daniel P. and Muriel A. (Fleming) Ambrosoli, she was born in Boston and raised in Dorchester. Louise was a graduate of Jeremiah E. Burke High School and attended business school in Boston. She resided in Brockton for 52 years. She was a sales representative at R.P.M. Associates in Weymouth for over 25 years before retiring at age 62. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and friends.
In addition to her husband, Louise is survived by her daughters, Lisa M. Turcotte and her husband Mark of East Taunton, Donna L. Arria and her fiancé Bernard Hassan of Brockton and Michelle A. Powell and her husband Brian of East Freetown as well as her grandchildren, Brian, Lauren, Alyssa, Andrew and Joshua. She was the sister of the late Paul Ambrosoli.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, a private Funeral Mass will be held at St. Helen's Church in Norwell followed by a burial at Holy Family Cemetery in Rockland. Donations in Louise's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
