Lorraine M. (McKinnon) DeFelice, 60, died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 4 at the Caritas Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton. She was the wife of Edward J. DeFelice. Born in Boston, she was raised in Sharon and was a graduate of Sharon Schools. She was a resident of Stoughton since 1975. Mrs. DeFelice worked at Starbucks in Dedham for the past 3 years. She also helped her husband Ed run his landscaping business Color It Green. Several years ago, while her sons were attending the schools, she was very active at both St. John the Evangelist School in Canton and at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time at Nantasket Beach and reading.
In addition to her husband Edward, she is survived by her two sons; Edward J. DeFelice, Jr. and Joel M. DeFelice both of Stoughton. She was the sister of Denise Anthony and her husband John of Attleboro, Dorothy Petroni and her husband Richard of Walpole, Anne Marie Neault and her husband Gene, Patricia Durgin and her husband Tom all of Sharon, Francis McKinnon and his wife Barbara of Haverhill, Gerald McKinnon and family of Revere, Kevin McKinnon and his wife Susan of Foxboro and the late Robert McKinnon and his wife Carol of East Bridgewater. She was the sister in law of Robert and Nancy White of North Easton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., Stoughton on Monday, September 8 at 9:15 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist Church, Canton at 10:30 AM.
