Lois V. (Trott) Beaucaire, 90, died Tuesday, May 29, 2018, at the LifeCare Center of West Bridgewater, after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late F. Paul Beaucaire. Born in Dorchester, she was raised and educated in Quincy and was a graduate of Quincy Schools. Mrs. Beaucaire was a resident of West Bridgewater for over 20 years, previously living in Stoughton for over 40 years. She worked as an Administrative Assistant at Metropolitan Life in Brockton for many years, retiring several years ago. Previously, she worked for Randy Boat Shoe in Randolph and Grossman's in Stoughton. She was a longtime communicant of St. James Church in Stoughton and St. Ann's Church in West Bridgewater. Lois was an avid reader who loved to go camping with her family and square dancing in her earlier years. In her free time, she enjoyed shopping, crocheting, baking, water aerobics at the East Bridgewater YMCA and spending time with her beloved family.
Lois was the loving mother of her four sons; John F. "Jack" and his wife Eileen of SC, Lawrence P. "Larry" and his wife Bette of RI, James A. and his wife Debbie of Andover and Paul R. and his wife Lisa of East Bridgewater. She was the grandmother of Ashley, Taylor, Matt and Jackie and the great grandmother of Ayla. She was predeceased by 2 brothers.
Funeral Prayers will be offered in the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Saturday, June 2, at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours will be prior to the Prayers from 9:30-10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
