Linda M. (Donaruma) Valeri, 64, a resident of Stoughton, died at Good Samaritan Medical Center on Saturday, August 25. She was the wife of Joseph A. Valeri. Born in Boston, she was raised in Hyde Park and graduated from Cardinal Cushing High School in South Boston, Class of 1965. She lived in Stoughton for the past 8 years after living in Canton for 10 years. Mrs. Valeri was a homemaker. She loved to cook and also enjoyed gardening. She especially loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Valeri is survived by her daughters, Lori Ann Donnelly and her husband Steven of East Bridgewater, Donna M. Fabrizio and her husband Paul of Bridgewater and Kerri A. Ruggiero and her husband Mark of Whitman, as well as her grandchildren: Collin, Cecylia, Nico, Tyler, Alexia, Gianna and Alyssa. She was the sister of Ralph Donaruma, Jr. of Canton and the late Patty Ann Ryan and Carol Butler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Tuesday, August 28 at 9:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30AM. Visiting hours Monday 4-8pm. Interment will take place at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
