Linda S. (Sorensen) Donato

Linda (Sorensen) Donato, 74, passed away unexpectedly on August 14, 2019. Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Helen (Radulski) Sorensen and Niels A. Sorensen. Linda spent her youth in Lakeville, MA and graduated from Apponequet Regional High School. Linda graduated from Bridgewater State College and taught in Hingham before moving to Spain to teach for the U.S. Department of Defense, and then moved to Brussels, Belgium. Linda returned to Massachusetts to work as an office manager for various building/developing businesses, earning her Real Estate license. She worked as the Executive Vice President at the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts for over 17 years, responsible for numerous functions, including producing the quarterly magazine for publication. In recent years Linda enjoyed working part time at the Christmas Tree Shop. She was a longtime resident of North Attleboro. Linda will long be remembered for her excellent sense of style and attention to detail with her quick wit and cherished friendships.

Visiting hours will be held at the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Wednesday, August 28 from 5-7 PM followed by Funeral Prayers at 7 PM. Burial private.
