Liduina A. (Graca) Oliveira, 85, a longtime resident of Stoughton, died peacefully at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton on Monday, February 10, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Manuel P. Oliveira for 63 years. Daughter of the late Antonio R. and Jorgina (Amaral) Graca, she was born and raised in Fazenda de Nordeste, São Miguel, Azores, Portugal. She was a resident of Stoughton since 1978. Liduina was an assembler at Power General in Canton for over 10 years before retiring at age 65. She enjoyed cooking and crocheting but her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Liduina is survived by her children, Nuno Oliveira and his wife Linda, Antonio Oliveira and his wife Alvarina and Cidalia Letourneau and her husband Arthur all of Stoughton, Silvino Oliveira and his wife Lucia and Rita Williams and her husband Francis both of Taunton, Fatima Gawencki and her husband Luke of South Carolina and Jorgina Oliveira and her partner Melissa Allen of South Dennis. She was the sister of Domingos Graca of Florida, Jose Graca of Rhode Island, Maria Dos Anjos of Lawrence and the late Antonio Graca and Zelinha Requinha. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rt. 27) Stoughton on Friday, February 14 at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton.
